Janet Santiago

Executive Director of Human Services

Ms. Santiago, Executive Director of Human Services at Full Circle Ministries-T4L, is a Spirit-led change agent. She is innovative with the vision and drive to impact lives through developing new approaches and developing innovative ways to implement them. She aims to evaluate the organizational success in this field by gathering qualitative and quantitative data, and building case studies then uses the findings to measure shifts and changes to help change lives, families and communities. She is a true change agent and a master at problem solving. One of her goals is evolving the ministry with honesty and integrity, a high moral compass combined with her education, experiences, and new findings to create a better world.

She has over 20 years of Not-for-Profit experience and over 30 years of entrepreneurship, strategic planning, training & development, personal and professional mentoring and coaching, conflict resolution, human resources, and much more. She has worked with men, women and youth charities, hospitals, police departments and prison ministry for over 20 years. She thrives on giving back to society in the hopes of making a difference that impact lives across the US. Currently, the ministry is serving as Mentors and Coaches virtually across the US in states such as VA, NV, KY, IL, NJ, MN, NC, PA, TX, and FL. In 2024, she launched several initiatives with proven success (case studies and testimonials).

Janet has Master's in Management including an undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Business. She has an accredited HR Management Certification, and SHRM-CP certified. She is a member the National Society of Leadership and Success, and an Delta Mu Delta National Honor Society, Lambda Sigma Chapter. Her final educational goal is to attain her Doctorate in Human Behavior or LMHC to better serve the needs of others during their healing journey.

Christina Nicole

Certified Life Coach

Ms. Bermudez has worked for over a decade in the IT industry. She has vast knowledge and has worked in faith base non profit. She has excellent knowledge and experience in Conflict Resolution skills and coaching. The love and passion for God Almighty and people, she became a certified coach. Christina's expertise with AI, and IT helps be more effective and efficient in her coaching.

Christina specializes in Women's Coaching, Christian Coaching and Life Coaching. She three key areas of focus: (1) professional development, (2) personal development and (3) spiritual development.

Christina skills, experience and overall objective is supporting her clients in goal-setting, skill building, clarity sessions and purpose finding. She is personable and focus on the needs of the clients guiding them towards self-reflection and personal development. She walks clients through spiritual healing and guidance by helping them identify who they are in Christ, their strengths and how to overcome fear and doubt.

Luz Adams

Lead Clergy & Mentor

With us since our founding, Luz is one of our veteran team members. Luz and her husband of 35 years, have three adult children and two grandchildren. Luz and her husband are entrepreneurs they own multiple businesses and product lines.

Luz graduated from Rollins College, with a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Communication. Her professional career of 25 years spans from the private corporate sector to non-profit organizations.

Serving in ministry isn’t new to Luz, she was ordained in 2009. Her passion and desire is for people to excel, learn and become empowered, “to pursue the greatness, they were created for”.

Luis Bermudez

Marketing & Outreach Director

Mr. Bermudez has joined Full Circle Ministries with the commitment, vision and drive to improve upon our organizational presence in our communities through our public relations, marketing, volunteer relations, and fundraising. He has over 10 years of management, events, marketing, advertising and outreach experience. He has established several venues. He volunteers in her local community but has volunteered abroad giving back to those in need. His passion for people allows him to thrive knowing he is positively impacting families and the communities they are a part of.

The first graduate of our Mentorship as well as our Professional Development Program with our Certified Life Coach. Leslie has found her passion for creative design and is launching her new online business "Be Blessed". She has now become FCM-T4L merchandiser.

Vanessa Velazquez

Vanessa is one of our Mentor's in Training. She is pursing a life in culinary, and in growing her own garden to feed the homeless. She is a very powerful woman with a huge heart, she will give her last to anyone in need. A woman of faith with a strong sense of community full of kindness and compassion. Her love for others is divine and she is living her calling of helping other women stand in their strength.
